It’s the little things that make the difference when it comes to feeling welcome and comfortable in your temporary home. 0711SUITES Boutique apartments are completely well appointed with many details and we also handle the organizational needs for you: From marking the door panel to providing a high speed internet access for you. The only thing you have to do is unlock the door and move in!
Our inclusive attainments at a glance:
- Personal handing over of the apartment and explanation of all facilities.
- No additional charges: broadcasting costs, fees for the waste management as well as the consumption of water and electricity are included in the rental price.
- Contact person for questions and informations during common office working hours.
- Weekly general cleaning of the apartment including the changing of bed lining, towels and dish towels. Also hygienic paper, dish washer tabs and refuse bags will be refilled.
- LCD Flatscreen TV with international channels.
- Free wireless LAN.
- Safe inside of the apartment for your valuables.
- Completely furnished kitchen respectively kitchenette – high class appointed (kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, glassware, tableware, cutlery from the WMF factory and many more).
- Personified transponder for a secured access to the building and apartment – we don’t use keys since they could be reproduced. In case of loss the transponder can be restricted by us at the push of a button.
- When you move in you’ll find a set of exclusive set of body care products (shower gel, shampoo and soap based on oil and plant extract from biological cultivation foundation) in your bathroom.
- Own mail box and own bell.
- Washing machine and dryer in the building for joint use.
- At the end of your stay: Completion of the final clean-up (separate lump-sum payment).
